When given the choice

This is just something I wrote awhile back. It's nothing great, but it's from the heart.

When given the choice, I'd choose you over anyone.
When given the choice, I'd love you forever.
You deserve nothing, and all I give you is everything.
So why when given the choice, I'd choose you?

You make me happy is the most possible ways
Yet somehow you make me the saddest I've ever been.
How is it that you keep pulling me in?
My head tells me to turn you to the streets,
But my heart tells me to turn you to my sheets.

I've never felt this way about anyone
You are the only one I need
You are the only one I want
You are the only one I'd choose.
